Refund and Returns

Sonam Parmar Jhawar will always attempt to deliver defect free products. 

As all orders are made to measurements and order, we accept no exchange or return.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold.

However alterations can be provided for the same. 

For alterations, item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. In the event of either of above , the customer will be notified and we will not be held liable .  

You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall proceed with alterations and dispatch as per discussed period of delivery with the customer. Please note : time period for alterations is non negotiable and will be decided by us and informed to the customer. Please notify us within 8 days of receipt of the outfit via email (info@sonamparmar.com) or WhatsApp (+91-9922418283) of your intent to alter. 

Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered. 

An outfit is eligible for alterations only once. 

SALE AND DISCOUNTS 
Please note that we do not offer any exchange, alterations or cancelation on sale or discounted items. 

CANCELLATIONS BY US
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We can provide a refund or store credits only if we cancel the order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 7 days.

BILLING
Sonam Parmar Jhawar all prices mentioned on the websites are inclusive of GST. 

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are dispatched in 3 to 4 weeks. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.

You will receive an email receipt when you complete the purchase process at sonamparmarjhawar.com. For status of orders and delivery please email us. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.

No refunds, cancellations or exchange shall be applicable on the orders made by the Users under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.

Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sonam Parmar Jhawar international shipping and deliver time with defer from one country to the other, estimated shipping time and cost will be given by the courier service will be provided. Sonam Parmar Jhawar will not be liable for any delay in the shipping. 

If there are any import duties applicable, they will be borne by the customer , Sonam Parmar Jhawar will not be responsible for this.

TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT
Sonam Parmar Jhawar is registered company, under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademark Act, 1999. Sonam Parmar Jhawar designs shall not be copied or sold for any commercial purposes, Legal Action shall be taken against a person doing so.

PRICING 
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

CREDIT CARD
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.

Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
